We do not entertain any cancellation of orders, returns or exchanges. In order to ensure that our flowers are fresh, and to provide an all rounded service by delivery only the fresh hand bouquets to you, we seek your understanding for this matter.

*Pls note that in the unlikely event that any customised orders is wrongly arranged (i.e. asking for a change in wrapper colour but the original product is delivered), please let us know within the day. The order will be deemed to be accepted by you and your recipient after the midnight of the delivery day, and no refunds/exchange will be entertained.


We understand that it is of utmost important for your gift to be delivered on time; hence substitution with similar items of equivalent value may occur when necessary. Our florist will ensure substitutions will be done professionally without affecting the overall presentation.

Substitutions may occur in generic items such as:

  • Decorative Element (i.e. specific basket, vases, plush toys)
  • Seasonal fresh fruits
  • Colors of fresh flowers

We wish to reiterate that all goods are neither substituted nor refundable upon delivery. Again, our florist endeavour to provide you with the best flower arrangement, and our Singapore flower delivery services aim to deliver your bouquets, flower stands and floral products on time to your recipient.

Please note that we are unable to accomodate any change to delivery schedule less than 12 hours to the initial delivery timings. If the bouquet of flowers is not collected or delivered within the stipualted timeframe due to the customers' request or circumstance, we will hold the flowers for a maximum of 24 hours. We do not hold any responsibility of the flowers wilter during this time. After which, we will proceed to dispose the bouquet of flowers. Do note that there'll be a redelivery fee of  RM 30  in this case.
